Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (raw fruits and vegetables, V-8 Splash on steroids:
2 cups water
2 fistfuls of fresh spinach
6-7 fresh brussels sprouts
1/2 cup fresh kale
1 celery stalk
1 large carrot
1 Braeburn apple
1 orange
1 frozen banana
1 frozen lemon wedge (with peel)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen fruit mix (mangos, melons, strawberries, etc.)
3 TB Splenda
Pulverize the whole thing in a Blendtec. Enjoy, preferably from a mason jar. Explain to everyone who sees you drinking this at work what it contains. Ignore weird faces and comments.
